John is also a partner in 1st Advantage Settlement Services. When he isn’t at the office, you can find him enjoying his beach house in the summer and playing “Santa” during the holidays.

Kristan Balotta has been in title insurance industry for 21 years and is a Licensed Title Agent. She joined 1st Advantage Settlement Services in March 2018. She is very well versed on every transaction and her knowledge and experience make her a huge asset to the company. Kristan has a son in middle school and a daughter in high school. They keep her very active with their sports schedules.

Erin enjoys spending time with her son who is going into kindergarten and spending time watching her stepson play baseball.
